I don’t know if you actually read these but this happened. First Terry P in service is a very nice guy. Was courteous and attentive. However when I went to check out for oil cha he I wanted to use my $175.00 in reward points. It would only allow him to apply 99.99 to the bill. Said I could only use 250.00 yearly of points. This is the ONLY reason I kept on star to build points for service. I immediately cancelled on star. I do appreciate the comp of 28.00. Secondly I schedule my service through the Chevrolet app. When I got there on record of my appointment was at your shop. They told me the app is faulty and to not use it to schedule service. Is this true and if so why? Again I’m sure no one will read this but I did not have a good experience yesterday.

We had only been looking to buy. They offered such a good deal , that was it. We love our Trax . We are retired, it's just what we need. The salesperson was so careful to explain everything. The ride it great, very comfortable seating. All the perks that came with the car are great. We are still learning all of them. We have always been a Chevy family.

The mechanic that changed my oil spilled oil on the front of my brand new Equinox and didn’t even attempt to clean it up. I feel like he knew it was a girl picking it up and that I wouldn’t notice it but my Husband is the one that picked it up and saw it.

We were stranded in Huntington with a flat tire. Miller quickly located out size tire in Charleston, had it brought to them and has us on the road within 8 hours. Our Service Advisor, Matthew was the very best.

The service was quick and well- executed. Terry was wonderful, as always!

I was quoted a repair for warranty company and told all I would owe was my deductible of 100.00. Well when truck was finished, I was told 649.00 or close to that then he finally charged me 200.00. So, I wasn't happy

Techs need to keep their hands cleaner when entering the vehicle. I had oil on the inst panel front seats and door handles. A 90,000 dollar vehicle should get the utmost of care I would think. I also found my lug key laying in the back of the vehicle should have put it back in its proper place.

Took my truck there to have the oil changed and to have a noise look at because my truck has been making a noise when you put it in four-wheel-drive and you go around a sharp curb. Well, they were supposed to rotate the tires. They did not rotate the tires and they tried to act like there was nothing wrong with my truck when I know they are. I will never take my truck back there again and when something happens to my truck, they will pay for it

Originally I took the truck to Dutch Millers service department to have transmission serviced, fluid changed and oil change. Afterwards I drove it a short period of time and the transmission would not shift from first gear then the ABS Brake warning light came on. I took it back to the dealer and they kept it three days I think and said it was a battery problem. Low voltage. The battery was about five year old so I said okay, didn’t really understand how a battery would cause the problem with the transmission or the brakes. So they put a battery in it and said that fixed the problem. I drove the truck home and again the next day. Left it sit for about 36 to 42 hours and it would not turnover click or anything, it was dead. I charged the battery took it back to the dealer again. This time they kept it over a week changed a couple parts I think they said a CPU and a Dc converter. Drove it approximately a hundred fifty miles or so and now the power stirring went out and another fault light is on. I need my truck and I need to be able to depend on it

My final price for a simple oul change and tire rotation was $85 more than the quoted estimate price. This is a very standard service and should have a standard exact price for every model of vehicle.

Excellent service

I set up an appointment with Service Advisor Kenny. I was a little early arriving and they took my truck right on in. I had a couple more things that had popped up other than the original service, and because of the distance that I was having to travel, Kenny said they would go ahead and look into those issues as well while it was there. Without going into detail on the issues, they found that it was going to take quite a bit longer to fix than first planned. Kenny and a mechanic stayed almost 1 1/2 hours beyond closing to get my vehicle completed. I appreciate everything they did, and for going above and beyond to get my vehicle on the road. I would not hesitate to call on them again and I recommend them for any service needs.

Overall was good, could have been a little more informative about the vehicle. I would have liked to of known Chevy is still investigating problems with the 6.2 L87 engine in 2026 and that the dfm is being done with in the 2027 model. But besides that everyone else was great

Completed oil change as expected. Disappointed in credit card fees for every $100.00, it should only be a flat fee for the entire purchase.

I did a drop off the night before for an oil change and tire rotation. My appt was for 3:10. Terry kept me very informed and had my car finished by around 1:30. Terry was very polite on the telephone and in person when I went to pick up my car.

The designated service tech was not very friendly or helpful to my wife but another employee was. It wasn’t his customer but he went above and beyond.

Terry was kind and very helpful. He even installed the cargo net I ordered. He also placed the other items ordered in the vehicle without me asking, which saved me a trip to the parts department.

Kenny was fantastic, very patient and kind, knows his stuff. I left out a star due to lack of parts at your store. Seems like every time I bring it in, the repairs could have been finished in a day or two. We end up waiting on shipping for parts, very inconvenient. Again, Kenny was amazing, has nothing to do with him, Kenny gets 5 stars. Need to stock more parts.

Service advisor Terry Porter took very good care of getting us checked in and he and the mechanic Wade Napier made me aware of any repairs and service in the near future. Once again they got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner.

TERRIBLE. Taken almost 6 months to fix my Truck. Chevrolet also said they will compensate me and never did.

Still waiting to get update as my vehicle is still in the shop at Dutch Miller.

It would be nice to actually not have to call to get an update on your vehicle when it is there for an extended period of time. Had to ask 3 times for wiper blades to be changed when it was included when I made the appointment. Still hadn’t done it when I went to pick up vehicle. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to pull back in and complete the task.

Had a service appointment and got my oil changed and car inspected, nothing was reported wrong with the car when I picked it up. Woke up the following day and my car barely would start. They told me to bring it back in, ran a code said possible battery and transmission wire but it passed the inspection the day before. Dropped it off at 8am didn’t hear nothing till I called back at 4pm telling me it was 498 to replace the battery and 260 something for labor bringing my total to 800 dollars. Mind you I have the “platinum warranty” which doesn’t cover a battery. Terrible experience will never take my car back again unless told it is covered in the warranty.
