The dealership did not convey how long it would take to get the part needed. The part needed did not prevent the vehicle from operating, until the decision was made to replace. I was without the vehicle for 5 months due to the lack of due diligence of the dealership. The dealership would not provide a loaner/rental vehicle as replacement.

When I went to pick up my vehicle after getting a quote to be repaired, the service guy was “grumpy”, never smiled, didn’t know where my vehicle was (and didn’t seem to care if I ever found it), and was generally not nice. When the another employee did bring it to me, that guy pulled up, got out, closed the door, and walked away without a single word. Overall experience was poor at best

It was amazing. I have been to other car lots. I went to the Auto Mall previously walked away empty handed because they were rude and offered me such a low offer on my trade. They wouldn't let me test drive the vehicle until I said I planned on buying it. 2 weeks later I came to you guys and you were the complete opposite. I wish I never wasted my time there. I was test driving the car I purchased within probably 5 minutes. I WILL ALWAYS SHOP WITH YOU FIRST FROM HERE ON OUT! The people that helped me were amazing Brandon Billie and Jared. Within 3 miles of the dealership, which is almost an hour from home, in the middle of a thunderstorm on the interstate, after having oil and tire rotation, the "service tire monitoring system" light came on, clearly indicating that the technicians did not properly reset the tire monitoring system. A call to the dealership resulted in a requirement to schedule another service appointment over a week later, requiring another 1 hour drive to the dealership, another indefinite waiting period in the "lounge", and then a 1 hour drive home. Will have to take chargeable leave from work for at least four hours. Very disappointing, will have to find another dealership closer to home that values my business and treats me with better service.

The dealership has overall been great there have just been a few issues. I have a 2024 traverse and I take it regularly for maintenance. I started to get a shake and pulling in my brakes so I took it in. I had to have new brake pads and the calipers replaced. I don’t know a lot about cars but everyone I talked to personally said the pads needing replaced is normal but for being a year old car it was crazy the calipers needed replaced. But I have no idea if that’s normal or not. Also I’ve had to have my windshield replaced 2 times due to stress fractures. The first time went fine. However this time it’s been a mess. The dealership had my car for about 1.5 weeks to replace my brake calipers and pads (which took a long time to get in) and at that time the “glass guy” they use wasn’t able to make it over to put it in so they told me I needed to bring it back Friday the 25th since he would be there. I took it in this morning and not long after getting to work (I rode with a coworker) i receive a call that the glass they have for my car has a chip in it and they cannot install it so now we have to order another windshield and wait until it comes in and then wait for the glass guy to come back again to get it installed. Since this is the second windshield that has cracked from stress and I’m nearing my mileage of being out of warranty I’m concerned. I’m not sure what the lemon law requirements are but I’m scared this car is going to go out of warranty and I’m going to keep having this issue and I’ll be out of pocket for everytime it does it. So like I said overall not the dealerships problem but not very happy with GM motors.

Originally I took the truck to Dutch Millers service department to have transmission serviced, fluid changed and oil change. Afterwards I drove it a short period of time and the transmission would not shift from first gear then the ABS Brake warning light came on. I took it back to the dealer and they kept it three days I think and said it was a battery problem. Low voltage. The battery was about five year old so I said okay, didn’t really understand how a battery would cause the problem with the transmission or the brakes. So they put a battery in it and said that fixed the problem. I drove the truck home and again the next day. Left it sit for about 36 to 42 hours and it would not turnover click or anything, it was dead. I charged the battery took it back to the dealer again. This time they kept it over a week changed a couple parts I think they said a CPU and a Dc converter. Drove it approximately a hundred fifty miles or so and now the power stirring went out and another fault light is on. I need my truck and I need to be able to depend on it

When I called to enquirer about my car no one seemed to know the status. Was told to call back later. Windshield wipers were to be replaced as well and were not replaced as per the conversation with a technician. I was not charged for them so that was good. I was supposed to get an update on Monday of my car and no one called and when I called no one knew what was going on with it at that time. Lack of communication was the main problem.

I don’t know if you actually read these but this happened. First Terry P in service is a very nice guy. Was courteous and attentive. However when I went to check out for oil cha he I wanted to use my $175.00 in reward points. It would only allow him to apply 99.99 to the bill. Said I could only use 250.00 yearly of points. This is the ONLY reason I kept on star to build points for service. I immediately cancelled on star. I do appreciate the comp of 28.00. Secondly I schedule my service through the Chevrolet app. When I got there on record of my appointment was at your shop. They told me the app is faulty and to not use it to schedule service. Is this true and if so why? Again I’m sure no one will read this but I did not have a good experience yesterday.

I set up an appointment with Service Advisor Kenny. I was a little early arriving and they took my truck right on in. I had a couple more things that had popped up other than the original service, and because of the distance that I was having to travel, Kenny said they would go ahead and look into those issues as well while it was there. Without going into detail on the issues, they found that it was going to take quite a bit longer to fix than first planned. Kenny and a mechanic stayed almost 1 1/2 hours beyond closing to get my vehicle completed. I appreciate everything they did, and for going above and beyond to get my vehicle on the road. I would not hesitate to call on them again and I recommend them for any service needs.

Techs need to keep their hands cleaner when entering the vehicle. I had oil on the inst panel front seats and door handles. A 90,000 dollar vehicle should get the utmost of care I would think. I also found my lug key laying in the back of the vehicle should have put it back in its proper place.

The mechanic that changed my oil spilled oil on the front of my brand new Equinox and didn’t even attempt to clean it up. I feel like he knew it was a girl picking it up and that I wouldn’t notice it but my Husband is the one that picked it up and saw it.
